WAX WEEK! The Delivery Man Was Kind!

Woohoo!! This has been a heck of a wax week for me!! Delivery after delivery after delivery! I love, LOVE getting wax packages!!

This is my very first Sugar and Spice Gourmet Candle order!!! I ordered RTS and it was shipped it 2-3 days!! Gotta love RTS! Scents I got were: Ruby Red Grapefruit, Peach Strawberry Cream Cake, Pink Lemon Pound Cake, Pink Hot Orange Danish, Lavender Peppermint, Funnel Cake & Waffle Cones, Coconut Cream Pie, Pink Vanilla Butter Fudge, Warm Serendipity Sugar Cookies, Honey Vanilla Love Dust, Marshmallow Fireside Type, Sugar Cookie Dough Noel, Mango Papaya, and Pink Blueberry Cake Batter Ice Cream.  Freebies were a Mystery Scent Shot, brittle in Fruit Smoothie, and Gingerbread Men in Strawberry Fruit Loops.  

Honorable Mentions are: Ruby Red Grapefruit, Peach Strawberry Cream Cake, Pink Hot Orange Danish, Funnel Cake & Waffle Cones, Coconut Cream Pie, Pink Vanilla Butter Fudge, Warm Serendipity Sugar Cookies, and Mango Papaya.  These smell absolutely DELICIOUS cold!!! And let me tell you about Fruit Smoothie!! I always get Pineapple Surf smoothie from Smoothie King whenever I go down to the Mall of GA.  And Fruit Smoothie smells identical, IDENTICAL to it!  I just thought that was the coolest thing ever!! I am definitely so excited to melt this one!

My very first Can-Do order!! Blueberry Pie, Pink Coconut, Sugar Butt, Island Flower, Pink Pound Cake, Yuzu, 2 Coconut Milk and Lavender, Plumeria Milk, Perfect Pineapple, White Cherry Blossom, Satsuma, Hello Handsome, Blue Ribbon Cookies, Hot Orange Danish, Salty Sea Air, Butt Naked, Lessie's Whipped Cream and Honeydew.  Vanilla Lime, Monkey Bubbles, Twinkle Toes, Paradise Island, Banana Island, Sweet Milk, Jamaica Me Crazy, Pink Sugar Cookies, and Beach Daisies.  Got a freebie heart in Pink Sands!  

Favorites out of this order were: Pink Coconut, Sugar Butt, Island Flower, Pink Pound Cake, Yuzu, Coconut Milk and Lavender, Plumeria Milk, and White Cherry Blossom.  The picture on the right I gave to my friend for her to try some out, I wasn't crazy about these blends.  Even though Can-Do advertises on their site that they specialize in bakery blends, or that they are more popular, I think her florals, which I usually don't like any florals, are very very very nice!

I know I know... I keep downing FP, but then she gets all these good blends... and stuff that I haven't been able to get in the past.  I guess I should just say I won't be ordering from FP as much, rather than at all.  I got singles in Lemon Sugar Cookie Dough Bread, Lemon Mallow Bread, Iced Tea with Lemon, Sweet Dreams, Lavender Sugar Cookie Dough Bread, Vanilla Grapefruit, Pink Grapefruit, Sugar Cookie Celtic Moonspice Bread, and Wildberry Mousse Bread.  Already melted half of these!! I picked some winners!!

BSF SCDB- A favorite!
K's Kreations Chocolate Romance- I got this from the VCMA sampler!! This one was alright, I melted this one with alot of other scents.  If I ordered from this vendor, I'd probably pick more fruity scents :)
LKC SCDB- Yum!
LKC SCDB Zucchini- Not fond of the zucchini in this one, but good scent with SCDB
CFOW Sugar Cookies-This one did not impress me cold, so I melted it with alot of other sweet scents.
CFTKR Pink Serendipity- Very good!
CFTKR Fruit Smoothie Sorbet- Very good!  Had great throw!, which usually I haven't gotten from CFTKR so far!
CFTKR Pink Flamingo- another great one with surprising good throw!
JLCCW Sugar Cookie/Glazed Cinnamon Doughnuts/Warm Vanilla Sugar- I LOOOVVVEE This blend!! Even my hubs said this one was a reorder/favorite!
Shayz Almond Cake- Favorite!
BSF Chocolate Buttercream- Favorite and so strong!! Realistic chocolate scent!
Can-Do Coconut Cream & Lavender- I love this scent!! Cold, it didn't impress me.  But my husband picked it out so I tried it.  Oh ye of little faith, ME!  This was great!! I'd reorder it in a second!
SMT Lemon Berry- It's SMT.  Lemon.  Berry.  Strong.  Good :D
Scentsationals Raspberry Fizz- I love this scent!! So strong, so fizzy!
Scentsationals Tropical Fiesta- Another good scent!
BH&G Chilled Berry Bellini- Very nice fizzy berry scent!! Would get it again!
FP Lemon SCDB- This is SOOOO good lemon bakery scent!! Love!
FP Lemon Mallow Bread - Another great lemon bakery scent!!
FP Iced Tea with Lemon- Very good tea scent!! Would definitely recommend!
FP Sweet Dreams- After trying Can-Do's Lavender and Coconut Cream... I remembered I had just gotten a Lavender/CreamyCoconut/Pink sugar known as Sweet Dreams.  It's amazing!! I am getting into some serious lavender guys!! Perfect for spring!! :)

Alright guys!! I am waiting for Shayz (which I just got a Click and Ship!), 2 orders from Haley's Heavenly Scents, BSF, and I THINK that's it.  I think... I really want to make another order from Sugar and Spice and Jaimie Lauren for SURE!  I've been thinking about more lavender and citrus blends... here are some ideas!! If anyone knows any vendors with good prices that can do these blends, let me know and I'll check them out!!

The Ending of Another Week, and Beginning of Another

Ohhhh this has been SUCH A GOOD WEEK!!

I got my taxes back... and I've been SO BAD! hehehe!! :)  I made orders with Front Porch, HHS, Orchid Lake, Can-Do, Crabby, Shayz, Beaux Savons Frais, Sugar and Spice Gourmet.... I THINK that's it.  I need to be on a wax ban so bad.  LOL!

I got in Ava's Country Cupboard and Closet Full of Wax in!! I will take pictures in just a moment!

This is Closet Full of Wax!  I got Toasted Marshmallow, Sugar Cookie, Cotton Candy, Amish Friendship Bread, and Lemon Squares!  To me, they smell a little funny cold, but so does Front Porch to me! I am going to try them warm before I truly decide!! I better hop on it while CFOW has free shipping on any purchase!! Been letting them cure since Monday!  

The FREEBIES were Banana Foster, Cinnamon Apple Berry and Blackberry Jam!!

Here is my Ava's Country Cupboard!! This was a sampler that she was putting out (with free shipping) to let people try out her scents!!  I just happened to be on when this one popped up, and she's one of the ones I was wanting to try out!! In this sampler, I got Granny's Cornbread, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Buttery Sugar Corn Pudding, Maple Sugar Bread, Apple Cinnamon Pancakes, Cinnamon Sugar Cake Bake, and Zucchini Bread.  My favorites out of this are Buttery Sugar Corn Pudding and Cinnamon Sugar Cake Bake!!!

Its been a novel wax week.  Had some great orders come in!! :)

I got six packs Pink Fire, Cinnamon Toast, Pink Toastie Marshmallows, Pink Dreams, and Warm PInk Vanilla Sugar.  I got cups in Pink Grapfruit, Pink Serendipity, Pink Zucchini, Amish Bread, and Pink Strawberry Jam.  I got freebies in Blueberry Marshmallow and Pink Macstachio!  Love them all!!!

I also got my JLCCW order!!!  

This was a combined order with a friend of mine.  I got 3oz tarts in Peppermint Cake Bites/Serendipity/Pink Sugar, Aloha Pineapple/Pink Sugar/VBN, Gourmet Sugar Cookie/Glazed Cinnamon Doughnuts/Vanilla Sugar, Pink Sugar and Serendipity Jaimie, Nana's Kitchen and Gourmet Sugar Cookie, Pink Sugar, Lavender Vanilla, Gourmet Sugar Cookie, and VBN and two cupcakes in Wildberry Mousse Noel and Pink SCDB.  

My friend got a cupcake sampler in the following scents: Stormwatch, Pink Serendipity, Apple Butterscotch Cake, Pumpkin Marshmallow, Frosted Lime Cupcake, CremeBrulee Pink Cupcake, Avalon, Pink Sugar/ Vanilla Pear, Country Bumpkin, Glazed Cinnamon Doughnut/Gourmet Sugar Cookie, Pink Sugar/Aloha Pineapple, Pink Sugar/Frosted Lime Cupcake and 3oz loaves in Pink Sugar "Type", Pink Sugar Cookie Dough, and Pink Sugar Lemon Ice Box Cupcakes.

I tried melting my Wildberry Mousse Noel cupcake last night, amazing!! It still needs curing, but its fantastic!! I am letting my order cure for a week or two before I melt another!!

Scents that I got was: Fruit Loops, Iced Lemon Biscotti, Lemon Confections, 7UP Pound Cake, Hello Sugar, Zesty Lemon Squares, Pink Lemon Biscotti, Lemon Squares, Lemon Souffle, Iced Lemon Danish, and Iced Orange Zucchini.   I ended up giving Fruit Loops away to my friend because I am just not a Fruit Loop fan.  Yes, yes I am weird.  I know! :)  My favorites out of this so far (cold) is Hello Sugar, Lemon Souffle, and Pink Lemon Biscotti!  I put in Iced Lemon Biscotti in my bathroom.  Read my review below!

Shayz Pink Danish - This is a reorder for me!! You can't go wrong with Orange Creamsickle AND Pink Sugar! <3

HHS Granma's Monkey Farts - It's amazing how two scents you don't like by themselves, smell great and compliment each other so well!  If any of you have tried Farty Bread by FP (which is where I got the idea, didn't like Monkey Farts, but loved Farty Bread!) I have another six pack on the way!  

FP Coconut Pineapple Ice Cream  - mmmmmmmm soooo nice! It's not too creamy like most ice cream scents, but has a nice frosty, frothy note to coconut pineapple/colada type.  I recommend this for summer!

Shayz Warm Pink Vanilla Sugar - Absolutely wonderful!  I received a six pack of it in my order above for Shayz!  Great, nice and strong!! Pink and Vanilla! <3

FP Citrus Laundry - This is a mix of Citrus Explosion and Gain Laundry!  It's fantastic!  Perfect mix of both!  Luckily I have both Gain and Citrus Explosion in seperate packs, so I can mix them together since I used the last of my CItrus Laundry!

FP Gain Laundry - This smells JUST like Gain detergent!! It's fantastic and so strong!  

HHS Fresh Linen - Great for you laundry/fresh scent lovers.  It's nice, just not one of my favorites.  Nice and strong.  To me, linen and regular laundry scents smell different.  Linen smells a little harsher to me.

FP Cucumber and Grapefruit - I loved this scent cold.  Got it after I ordered it for a friend of mine.  I went to warm it today, and I just don't think I like it.  With most of FP's grapefruit scents (like Bamboo and Grapefruit), it just seems that the other component overpowers the grapefruit.  And I order these scents BECAUSE of the grapefruit. My husband likes it though... so we will see.  

FP Pink Mallow Bread - I melted this with a Gain Laundry Tart (I know, I know, weird combination) but it smelled good together!! Pink Mallow Bread smells very nice!!  Will definitely mix something like this somewhere!! :)

OLC Iced Lemon Biscotti - I got a sampler of the bakery lemon scents.  Orchid Lake has some great deals on samplers! $9, free shipping for 10 (.8oz) cups of a certain category of scents.  I gotta admit, free shipping gets me EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I am so weak...  My point is, I put one of these little bitty cups in my bathroom warmer, and even the little cup is nice and great for the bathroom! Very fragrant!! I have been getting into bakery lemons a little bit more, especially getting closer to warmer weather.  This is a great one!!

Ramblings of Another Week!

NO ONE LAUGH!  lol OK Yes I am trying the video making thing again.  It's short and sweet.  Tried to keep my Southern Belle accent out!  Man, I swear, in real life, when I speak, I don't hear my southern accent... until I make a video... or a recording... then it comes OUT!  Noooooo, put it back! 

I am going to upload a picture I got from Front Porch (Yes I know, I banned myself from Front Porch, but some of these scents were too good to pass up.  I only got four individuals.  Nothing too bad.)  

I got Celtic Moonspice Noel, Pink Mallow Bread, Pink Sugared Bread, and Lavender Blackberry Cookies.  That Lavender Blackberry Cookies INTRIGUED ME!! And I love Celtic Moonspice and VBN blends... I have never thought of them together!  And anything Pink calls my name!  

This is where I list what I have been melting this week.  I have been mainly in my bedroom (because I moved my laptop in there so I could rest in my nice comfy new bed :D) where I burn mainly candles.  I've been burning a bunch of Slatkin candles (because that's all the candles I have!)

I have been melting some tarts too!! Can't leave you guys hanging and not melt any tarts all week!! But its definitely, DEFINITELY less than I have been melting! I have been trying to clear out some of my stash for some orders that have been coming in (Will elaborate later!)

HHS Buttermilk Pancakes- I ordered this the first time I ever ordered from Haley's.  I ordered this and Coconut.  I had never tried Pink Sugar before and wanted two generic sounding scents so I could mix them and even just melt them by themselves, that way I knew what I was getting.  Buttermilk Pancakes... you can smell the sweetness/mapley of the pancakes... just a tiny bit of mapleness.  It's a perfect pancake scent in my opinion. Very warm and very good!

HHS Pink SCDB- Favorite!  I wouldn't be melting this if I didn't have another bag of it and Janet said that she found a dupe for SCDB (THANK GOD!) so I can melt a little more of this! <3

HHS Apple Cinnamon Sugar Cookie Cone- <3 Good!  This was my own personal blend from HHS! It's very good!! Just over the apple.  I'm usually more into apple cinnamon/apple cider scents in the fall... now I'm gunning for peppermint/perfumey/warm scents! Just no apple or pumpkin!  

SMT Pink Noel- :O I can't tell you people how much of a favorite it is for me!! I have them in the little racecars, and 3 of those are less than an oz.  Scented up my bedroom (because I need to melt my SMT!) for two days!

SMT Pink Butter Cookie- YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!  Butter made me worried about this scent... but I am IN-LOOOVEE!! Need more of this!! Straight up cookie with pink sugar!! Now this makes me want to try Butter Fudge!

Also expecting orders from Shayz and JLCCW this week!! Hoping to hear about my OLC order!! Can't wait!
